We all love when someone shares with us their favourite café, the latest movie or recipe and it is no different when it comes to finding fantastic care workers that matches your customer needs.

Research shows that 91 percent of people read online reviews and 84 percent trust online reviews just as much as a personal recommendation from someone they know.

The new Lookout recommendation feature is our version of the online review. A feature that allows your customers, their family and your care community to recommend care workers they trust and endorse.

Lookout is transformative technology, backed by industry experience that solves inefficiencies while keeping everyone informed and enhancing the skills of frontline staff.

Lookout has been built by focusing on the customer and understanding their needs. The goal has always been to design and deliver a completely different way to deliver in-home care and support service.

Our new recommendations feature is just another new development as part of our ongoing commitment to be Australia’s best home care technology provider.

Our matching feature was the first step to allowing your team to get the right care workers with the right customer. We understood that it was a fundamental part in allowing you to deliver a great care service.

Now, with the new recommendations feature your customers can also get the thoughts and reassurance of your community base and their loved ones.

The recommendations feature has been designed to allow care workers to be recommended for the services they provide or for the qualities or skills they demonstrate.

It might be they are great with people who want more community access, or they too have a passion for gardening or are great at teaching new recipes.

It also provides a way in which your customers you can find the best care workers for themselves, while also providing your team of care workers with praise and encouragement.

How does it work?


After eight visits from a care worker, your customers will receive an email or app notification (depending on their settings) asking them if they would like to recommend the care worker. They will only be asked once per care worker.

From there, the customers can choose from the services and care worker matching attributes to make recommendations. The care workers recommendations will appear on their profiles in the app.
